IS THERE A CERTAIN THICKNESS TO YOUR CARDS?
Yes, our cards start from 12 mil to 40 mil in thickness.
I DO NOT HAVE A DESIGNER, CAN YOU MAKE A DESIGN FOR MY COMPANY?
We would be happy to make a design for you. Our prices range from $48 – $100 depending on your design. We also have a wide variety of predesigned cards available for your convenience.
IF I WERE TO HAVE PLASTEK CARDS CREATE A DESIGN, WILL I GET TO APPROVE IT BEFORE COMPLETING PRODUCTION?
Yes, you will receive an electronic proof before we start production. The proof will have to be signed and returned to us before we proceed with production.
WHAT IF THERE WAS AN ERROR ON THE DESIGN OR I DID NOT LIKE THE DESIGN?
We have unlimited revisions. Quality and satisfaction is our main goal, and if any errors are found, we will correct them. If the design does not meet your satisfaction, we will continue to work with you until we create something that meets your needs.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY CARDS?
The total amount of time to receive your order is based on your card options, preferred shipping class, and whether or not rush production is requested. Please ask your sales representative for a delivery time estimate, or place your order online to obtain this information.
WHEN IS PAYMENT EXPECTED?
We require payment before we begin to design or process your order. If your print fee total is over 800.00 then we will require a 50% deposit to proceed. Remaining balance is due before we ship your cards to you.
CAN I GET A REFUND IF I CHANGED MY MIND ON MY ORDER?
You can cancel before we start our final production. After we have received your signature of approval for production there are no refunds. Cancellations before the final approval are available for full refund. There is a 20.00 service fee that is non-refundable.
IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER?
Our minimum order ranges from 25-250 cards, depending on card options.
I FOUND PRICES LOWER THAN YOURS, WILL YOU MATCH THE PRICE?
Depending on the specifications, we will do our best to match the lowest price you have quoted from others. We cannot guaranty that we will match any price given. We must see a proper quote from the company that has quoted you lower than what we have quoted.

I AM ORDERING CLEAR CARDS AND COLOR MATCHING IS IMPORTANT. WHAT INFORMATION WOULD I NEED TO PROVIDE?
On clear cards it is very hard to match colors exactly. To match the color you want, we would need pantone colors. That way we can do our best and match the color as close as we can. Matching the colors is around 80-90% with pantone colors. It is impossible to match them 100%.
WHAT IS A PLATE FEE?
This is a one-time fee that is charged for certain print options. These options require production to stop and change our standard processes.
